Alice Caissie is a multidisciplinary artist. Her creations include abstract paintings, landscapes, sea views, portraits, and animals. Born on April 3, 1949, in St. Paul, New Brunswick, Canada, she studied Art part-time at Collège Notre-Dame d'Acadie, Université de Moncton and Mount Allison University. She also took part in many private workshops. Her paintings rich in colors and composition, are part of many private collections or are held by companies in Canada, the United States and Europe. Published in the Netherlands (Zundert) in the Corso magazine, she has participated as an artist in the creation of allegorical floats made entirely of dahlia flowers for three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019. She started in woodcarving in 2012, which has brought her many recognitions in Canada and the United States as well as being recognized by Master Carver.
